The Initial Portfolio consisted of 22 investments in projects in the education, health, government offices, police accommodation, courthouse, custodial, toll tunnel and showground sectors. The portfolio now comprises 30 projects.

Notable occupants of these premises include the UK & Irish Courts Services, Thames Valley Police, HM Revenue and Customs and the Government of New South Wales.

Babcock & Brown has acted as financial adviser in respect of each of the projects within the Initial Portfolio and (with the exception of River City Motorway) has been responsible for the original competitive bidding process for the project, the selection and assembly of the consortium of designers, constructors, operators and senior debt providers that enable the competitive bid to be won, for the successful financial close of the project and for subsequent management of the projects to date.
