BBPP seeks to provide shareholders with a combination of income and capital growth. The Company has targeted an initial distribution of 5.25p and aims to provide an IRR of 8%-9% by offering investors exposure to public infrastructure assets, such as PFI and PPP, both in the UK and abroad.
